the bathroom

i hate working with women because they use the same bathroom as me. i especially hate it when my boss is a woman because unless i have a high capacity bladder it will mean that at one point or another we will both be in the bathroom at the same time and this creates all kinds of awkwardness

- what if you were in the bathroom long enough to leave a smell. you leave the stall to wash your hands and there's your boss. you make sure to take extra long time washing your hands because now you feel like you're being watched, and wait, did you ... is that smell coming from ? yes, take extra time to wash your hands.

- small talk. it's the bathroom, not a conference room or a kitchen table. i dont want to start catching up with your as i'm stepping into the stall. do i have to continue the convo from the stall? this is okay with close friends, possibly. this is not okay when the person speaking is your manager.
