my immunity lasted but for so long. even though the company president came to our office last week and said no more layoffs are planned, guess what? dont believe it. seriously, do you think they would tell us?
i sent out my current job description in bullets to a bunch of folks tonight (well, this morning at 1am ) so i can revise it before adding it to my outdated resume (soon to be dated again).
my job does not know how to fire people. i have got to tell you how it all went down last month - it was traumatic, i couldnt even write about it at the time. seriously, HR? what the hell. you are HR, you should know how to handle Humans.
